Available now as part of The Sandbox’s Alpha Season 5, this gamified virtual zen garden invites players to interact with an array of daily meditative exercises to expand their mindfulness, spiritual connection, and joy.

Serving as the next step in Dr. Chopra’s mission to make wellness more accessible in digital spaces, the Oasis of Quantum Consciousness blends meditative practices with immersive design and playful exploration. Step Inside a Virtual Zen Garden

Designed as a lush and symbolic landscape, players who enter the Oasis are met by Dr. Deepak Chopra, who will introduce them to the art of meditation and encourage them to slow down and reconnect with themselves and one another. From shimmering lakes to quiet woods, each environment is crafted to invite calm. As they journey through the space, users engage in light quests focused on breathing, mindfulness, and focus-building activities that ease anxiety and sharpen awareness.

Players are encouraged to use headphones while in the Oasis to fully enjoy the binaural sound effects, a first for The Sandbox. All interactive sounds are synced to the background music and tuned to its harmony, making interactions feel smooth, soothing, and satisfying.

A Place to Reflect, Learn, and Have Fun

Oasis of Quantum Consciousness offers a fresh perspective on meditation. Through gamification, players are invited to learn meditative practices via mini-games and quests. Dr. Chopra voices his in-world Avatar and guides visitors through their initial steps, transforming this digital garden into a living, breathing retreat.

The three guided Meditation Moment quests of varying lengths—three, five, and ten minutes—provide foundational tools for beginners and veterans to revisit as they refine their practice. Additionally, when players complete the Meditation Moment quests, they’ll unlock one of the chakras in the center of the Oasis Experience. These chakras open educational dialogues, helping players understand the different energy centers in the body, which Dr. Chopra emphasizes in his teachings.
