Sysorex Announces Closing of $500,000 Private Placement

HERNDON, Va., Oct. 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sysorex, Inc. (OTCQB: SYSX), a leading U.S.-based Ethereum mining and technology company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with accredited investors to purchase approximately $500,000 of its shares of common stock and warrants to purchase common stock in a private placement transaction.
